                       2.4.1. Training program
Continuous training and updating of professional knowledge and skills have been configured as a training system intended to accompany workers in their personal development and professional promotion capacity. It constitutes a fundamental support to the competitive and innovative capacity of organizations based on quality human resources.
The main objective of the CIEN Foundation through the training program is to pro- vide adequate means for the development of professional skills, in order to ef- fectively manage the challenges that each job entails. Training is an integral part of our culture as an organization and we are aware of the need to permanently improve the knowledge and skills of our professionals.
