2.6. Data Protection and Digital
Rights Guarantee Law (LOPDG-
DD)
In compliance with the RGPD 2016/679,
the Center for Research of Neurological
Diseases Foundation (hereinafter, the
CIEN Foundation) with NIF G83671826
and address at Calle de Valderrebollo,
5, 28031 Madrid, treats personal data
in order to comply with all the compe-
tences that are established in article 5
of the Foundation Statutes, being the
basis that legitimizes said treatments
the fulfillment of a legal obligation.
Said data will only be communicated
